My friend is trying to get a cpps of his working again but before it succesfully boots up it says “ports not opened” when they are. Has anyone here come across this issue and have you fixed it? Please let me know!

If your friend is using ubuntu,
For some reason he might need to restart the server so the ports will be open.
If this isn’t working, check in the panel of the VPS provider if you allowed inbound ports.
